I want to return my product. What are the return conditions, and which products can I return?

You may return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date you received it from the courier, under the conditions listed below. You will not be charged any "shipping fee" for returning items.

Promotional or campaign products given as gifts along with the product being returned must also be returned at the same time.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returns must be made with the original packaging/box and invoice.
  • All standard accessories must be intact and included in their original packaging.
  • Promotional or campaign products given as gifts must be returned with their original packaging.
  • For items such as phones, cameras, portable electronics, etc., the protective film on the screen must not be removed. There should be no scratches, damage, impacts, or liquid contact on the screen or other parts of the device.
  • Products tailored to the consumer's specific needs or made to order, perishable goods, or products that may expire are non-returnable.
  • Cosmetic products, personal care items, software, CPU programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, and computer/stationery supplies (toners, cartridges, ribbons, etc.) can only be returned if their packaging is unopened.
  • Hygiene-related items (such as underwear), supermarket products (such as food), and periodicals (such as newspapers and magazines) are non-returnable.
  • Products whose prices are determined in stock exchanges or other organized markets (such as gold) cannot be returned.

What should I do if I want to return my product?

Please register your return request through the link below before sending the product. Promotional or campaign products given as gifts with the item being returned must also be returned at the same time. For orders invoiced to institutions, the return process cannot be completed without an issued return invoice.

By clicking the Order Tracking link:

  1. Go to the order tracking page. Click the "Returns and Refunds" button on the right side of the order page.
  2. Select the product you want to return, complete the "I Don't Want the Product" form under the Returns and other options. Check the "I have read and accept the Terms of Returns and Refunds" box at the bottom right of the page, then click the "Continue" button.
  3. Follow the instructions for the product you wish to return in the new window that opens.
  4. After clicking the "Save and Finish" button, your request will be created. Use the YurtiƧi Kargo return code displayed on the screen to send the product back by the specified date.

How can I track the process after I send the product?

Once we receive your product, its packaging, accessories, and invoice (*) will be inspected. If the return is approved, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 2 business days according to your preference in the return request. If your return does not meet the return conditions, the item will be sent back to your address.

(*) If the invoice for the returned product is issued to a corporate account, you must include the return invoice issued by the institution. The return invoice should be issued excluding the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT).

When and how will I receive a refund for the returned product?

If the returned product(s) are approved, the "product price" will be refunded to you within 2 business days. Once the refund process is complete, you will receive a notification via email and SMS. If your payment method was "Credit Card" and you opted for "Cash Refund," the refund will be issued to your credit card online immediately. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on bank processing times. If your payment method was "Wire Transfer/EFT" and you opted for "Cash Refund," the refund will be transferred to your designated IBAN.
