  • If you placed your order with a registered account, you can manage exchange and return requests through your account and track the process.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary information.
  • Please send the items to be exchanged along with the original invoice via Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • Once the exchange process is completed, you will be notified.
