Product Return Process and Conditions

Thank you for your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please find below the details regarding our return process.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Returned items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- The original invoice must accompany the returned items.
Yurtiçi Kargo Return Code:
As Miri Active, we recommend using Yurtiçi Kargo for returns. You can use Yurtiçi Kargo’s return code 1078259618 to facilitate your return at any Yurtiçi Kargo branch.
Return Procedure:
- Notify us about the items you wish to return by sending an email with the subject "RETURN" to [email protected] or by messaging us on our WhatsApp line.
- Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary information.
- Send the items you wish to return, along with the original invoice, using Yurtiçi Kargo.
- You will be notified once the return process is complete.
