Distance Sales Agreement

• Parties

• Subject

  The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website.

• Order

  The BUYER completes the order electronically through the SELLER's website. The order must include payment and delivery information.

• Product Delivery

  The SELLER commits to delivering the products within the necessary timeframe after receiving the BUYER’s order. Delivery time may vary depending on product type and stock availability.

• Cancellation and Return Conditions

  The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the products, as per the Turkish Commercial Code and the Consumer Protection Law. Returned products must be undamaged and unused. The return process begins once the products are sent back to the SELLER and inspected.

• Price and Payment Terms

  The product price is calculated based on the prices listed on the website. Payments should be made using the payment method selected by the BUYER.

• Privacy and Data Protection

  The BUYER's personal information is protected under the privacy policy and is not shared with third parties.

• Dispute Resolution

  In the event of a dispute, the parties will initially seek to resolve it through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, Turkish law and Istanbul Courts will have jurisdiction.

• Enforcement and Acceptance

  This agreement becomes effective as soon as it is accepted electronically by the parties.
