- For goods consisting of multiple parts, it begins on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the last part.
- For contracts involving the regular delivery of goods over a specified period, it begins on the day the consumer or the third party designated by the consumer receives the first item.

The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
- Contracts for goods or services whose prices vary due to fluctuations in financial markets and are beyond the control of the SELLER or provider.
- Contracts for goods prepared according to the consumer's specific requests or personal needs.
- Contracts for goods that are perishable or may expire.
- Contracts for goods that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene, if their protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
- Contracts for goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature.
- Contracts for books, digital content, and computer consumables offered in physical format, if the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery.
- Contracts for periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for subscription agreements.
- Contracts for accommodation, goods transportation, car rental, food and beverage supply, and leisure activities for entertainment or relaxation, where the services are scheduled for a specific date or period.
- Contracts for services rendered immediately in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
- Contracts for services that have started with the consumer's consent before the end of the withdrawal period
